FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT

Helping you improve muscle imbalances and years of movement compensations. Building muscular strength will help you continue to do the things you love, while keeping you injury free and increasing years to your life!

MOBILITY TRAINING

Experience improved joint function, injury prevention, and less overall pain by training your joints using Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles. This is where flexibility meets strength! Additionally, Corrective exercises are used to “un-do” years of muscle imbalances!

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain-free Assisted Stretching method that focuses on the muscles and connective tissue (fascia) that surround and encompass the joints. It can be performed on a massage table or on the floor and is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, performance, and prevent injuries utilizing gentle traction and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). It enhances all training & therapy approaches amongst pro-athletes and lay individuals alike in order to improve flexibility, optimize performance, reduce pain, & restore movement dysfunction.

What is FRC Mobility Training?

Functional Range Conditioning, or FRC®, is a system of mobility and joint control training based on scientific principals and research (unlike many current systems). Mobility, defined as the extent of controllable flexibility across articulations (flexibility plus strength), refers to the amount of usable motion that one possesses. FRC® utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to increase ones active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving joint mobility, strength/resilience, and neurological control to help improve the ability to control and move ones own body!
